Contact Form
When you use the contact form, we collect:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Company name (optional)
- Message
Purpose: To respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR). Retention: Data is not stored in a database. It is transmitted by email via Mailjet and retained according to your email provider's and Mailjet's retention policies.
Appointment Scheduling (Cal.com)
The website uses the Cal.com API for appointment scheduling. Data submitted via the booking form (name, email, optional phone, optional message, date and time slot) is sent to Cal.com, Inc. through their API and processed according to their privacy policy.
Purpose: To enable appointment scheduling. Legal basis: Consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR).
Anti-spam Protection (reCAPTCHA v3)
The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect against spam. This service collects interaction data (mouse movements, visit duration) to assess whether the user is human.
Purpose: Protection against spam and abuse. Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
Website Analytics (Umami)
We use Umami to measure website traffic. Umami is a privacy-friendly analytics solution that does not collect any personal data, does not set cookies, and does not enable cross-site tracking.
Purpose: Understanding website usage to improve it. Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
Experience analytics (Microsoft Clarity)
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (heatmaps, anonymised session replay). Clarity records mouse movement, clicks and scrolling, and masks form inputs by default.
Data collected: On-screen interactions (movements, clicks, scrolling), browser technical data, anonymised IP address. Purpose: Improve user experience and identify friction points. Legal basis: Explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). Sub-processor: Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (Ireland), with onward transfer to Microsoft Corporation (USA, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Retention: Up to 1 year (Clarity default). Withdrawing consent: "Cookie preferences" link in the footer, at any time.
