Contact Form
When you use the contact form, we collect:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Company name (optional)
- Message
Purpose: To respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR). Retention: Data is not stored in a database. It is transmitted by email via Mailjet and retained according to your email provider's and Mailjet's retention policies.
Appointment Scheduling (Calendly)
The website embeds a Calendly widget for appointment scheduling. Data entered in Calendly (name, email, appointment date) is processed by Calendly LLC according to their own privacy policy.
Purpose: To enable appointment scheduling. Legal basis: Consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR).
Anti-spam Protection (reCAPTCHA v3)
The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect against spam. This service collects interaction data (mouse movements, visit duration) to assess whether the user is human.
Purpose: Protection against spam and abuse. Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
Website Analytics (Umami)
We use Umami to measure website traffic. Umami is a privacy-friendly analytics solution that does not collect any personal data, does not set cookies, and does not enable cross-site tracking.
